These are approximate estimates drawn from observed active and closed listings at 111 Murray Street; actual common charges and taxes vary by line, floor, exposure, and square footage and must be verified per unit. The building (completed 2018) carries no 421-a or other property-tax abatement, so units pay full taxes—budget accordingly rather than expecting an abatement discount.

Highlights

Buyer Fit

Best for buyers who value downtown life, finance or tech commutes, restaurants, and resale liquidity.

Location & Transit

The tower sits on Murray Street in western Tribeca, a few minutes' walk from Hudson River Park's waterfront and a Whole Foods, ringed by restaurants, galleries and cobblestone streets. For transit it's beside the 1/2/3 and A/C at Chambers St and the E and PATH at the World Trade Center hub, with the Financial District, the WTC complex and SoHo all within walking distance.

Project Background

111 Murray is a 64-story, 157-residence glass tower in Tribeca, developed by a Fisher Brothers / Witkoff / New Valley partnership with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Its curved curtain wall flares gently as it rises and resolves into a sculpted crown, making it one of the most recognizable additions to the downtown skyline. Interiors are by David Mann and the 20,000-plus-square-foot amenity suite is by David Rockwell — a pairing of marquee architecture with two name-brand interior studios that sets it apart from other new Tribeca buildings.
