Who we're looking for

You don't need a big book of business or a following — you need ambition and a willingness to show up on camera and in the community. Bilingual (English/中文) is a major plus given the clients we serve, but the non-negotiables are hunger, coachability, and integrity. I'm not licensed yet — can I still join?

Talk to us early. We can't issue your license — that's the state — but we'll point you to the right pre-licensing course, and we're built to launch newly licensed agents. The mentorship, tools, and audience matter most exactly when you're starting out.

How do the splits and economics work?

We keep economics transparent and discuss them openly in your first conversation, because the right structure depends on your experience and goals. What we won't do is dress up a monthly desk fee as a 'partnership.' We invest in your brand and leads because your growth is how we grow.

Do I need an existing following to benefit from the media engine?

Do I have to speak Chinese to work here?
