Approximate estimates grounded in a handful of active StreetEasy listings at 660 Lexington (e.g., 1-bed #5C ~$908 common charges / ~$1,438 taxes; penthouse #PHE ~$2,755 / ~$4,361); actual figures vary by line, floor, exposure, and unit and must be verified per unit. This is a new market-rate Manhattan condo (sales launched March 2026) with no apparent 421-a/485-x abatement — 421-a expired in 2022 and 485-x effectively excludes Manhattan condos — so taxes shown reflect full (non-abated) rates. No line-item data was found for 4+ bed units.

Buyer Fit
Best for buyers drawn to Central Park access, landmark New York addresses, and full-service luxury buildings.
Location & Transit
On the corner of Lexington Avenue and 55th Street, in the heart of Midtown East / the Plaza District: minutes on foot to the Fifth and Madison Avenue flagships (Cartier, Hermès, Saks) and MoMA, with the E/M at 53rd St and the 6 at 51st St right nearby, and Grand Central (4/5/6/7 plus commuter rail) just a few blocks south.
Project Background
660 Lexington is a boutique 19-story, 31-residence new development by Rybak Development on the corner of Lexington Avenue and 55th Street, completing in 2026. Italian firm S20M wrapped it in a curved limestone facade that nods to Midtown's Art Deco era, with interiors by sought-after designer Paris Forino. With only 31 homes in the whole building, it offers a privacy and custom feel the big towers nearby can't match — and its fireplace-lit 11th-floor loggia looks straight at the Chrysler Building.
