Mahindra and Rotem Rosen together with sponsor principal Yitzhaq Hajaj; the official sponsor page expressly states that the Mahindra Group itself is not involved in the development. Its signature is ODA's pixelated, cascading cast-in-place concrete facade: the stepped massing gives 100 of the 145 homes private outdoor space while bringing more light and views into a dense Midtown block.
