These are approximate estimates drawn from a sample of active and closed One High Line listings; actual common charges and taxes vary significantly by tower, line, floor, and unit size and must be verified per unit. One High Line carries a 421-a tax abatement (secured before the June 2022 program deadline, with the term running into the 2040s), so the tax figures shown reflect reduced abated amounts that will step up over time and rise substantially once the abatement phases out.

Highlights

Buyer Fit

Best for buyers who want a core Manhattan new-development asset with a complete amenity package.

Location & Transit

In West Chelsea at 500 West 18th Street (also 76 Eleventh Avenue), the building straddles the High Line and faces the Hudson River. Closest trains are the A/C/E and L at 14th Street (about an 8–10 minute walk), with the 7 at Hudson Yards a short walk north; the Chelsea galleries, Hudson River Park, and Meatpacking dining are all at the doorstep.

Project Background

One High Line is a twin-tower condominium in West Chelsea by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), developed by Witkoff and Access Industries on a full block fronting the Hudson River at 18th Street and Eleventh Avenue. Its two travertine-clad towers twist and tilt from top to bottom, deliberately leaning apart to open reciprocal views of the High Line and the river; inside are 236 one- to five-bedroom residences, with the east and west towers each handled by a different interior design house. The headline: a five-star Faena New York hotel connects directly into the building, giving owners hotel dining, the Tierra Santa spa, and members'-club access — a level of branded hospitality few new NYC condos can match.
