Charismatic, hard-working, and goal-oriented young professional who began a real estate career in 2013 and accumulated six years of experience working for China’s top real estate development firms prior to immigrating to the United States in the summer of 2019.
Ranked third nationwide within Sunac China Holdings in sales performance in 2016.
Following the initial sales opening of One Sino Park on September 25, 2017, earned recognition as “Sales Champion” with a personal transaction record of 700 million Chinese yuan (US$99 million) for the year of 2017, far exceeding the runner-up’s results.
After relocating to the United States, quickly transitioned into the New York real estate market and became a top-producing agent, recognized for exceptional dedication and client service.
Founded an independent media company, building an engaged community of over 400,000 followers across social media platforms and leveraging this digital presence to help homeowners achieve higher sale prices and broader exposure for their properties.
In 2025, established Homix Real Estate, a company committed to creating new opportunities in the New York real estate market by combining professional brokerage services with influential digital branding and innovative marketing strategies.

Zhengle Wei, CFA
Zhengle Wei is an accomplished financial professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment research, trading, and strategic business management, making him an ideal candidate for a CFO role and company operations leadership. With over a decade of expertise, he has held senior roles, including Senior Manager at Zhejiang Yong’an Capital Management, where he designed OTC derivatives strategies, managed a nominal principal exceeding 60 billion yuan, and developed cross-border SWAP businesses. As a co-founder of Hangzhou Xinghan Investment, he issued private equity funds and achieved top performance as a fund manager.
Zhengle is the visionary behind Homix, a New York-based real estate and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) venture targeting the Chinese-American community. As CFO, he drives strategic growth, integrating real estate brokerage with digital content creation, projecting significant job creation and economic impact. His academic credentials include an FMBA from Fudan University (GPA 3.61/4, ranked first nationwide) and certifications such as CPA, CFA, and securities qualifications. Proficient in financial data platforms and global markets, Zhengle combines innovative thinking, cultural insight, and operational expertise to lead sustainable business growth.
